Cadence belongs to the mysterious and very busy founder of Sonnet. Acting as their spokesperson, her collar acts as a communications device, the founder speaking through it to address new arrivals and inhabitants alike. Although she is prone to the occasional tantrum, Cadence is generally a sweet natured Pokémon. If you want to speak to Sonnet's founder, you will have to do so through her.
